Outside, there is a balcony for sitting back and watching the boats, and downstairs is off road parking for one car. With the amenities of Newhaven on the doorstep, and opportunities for day trips to France, London or Brighton, 47 Falaise makes a welcoming year-round base for couples or friends.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and marina 2 mins walk. Note: There are eight external steps to the main entrance to the building and an internal lift to all floors. |
